East tour with Ile Aux Cerfs

In this idyllic full day tour, you will proceed first to Belle Mare Beach. Here you can take part in a host of water sports such as parasailing, underwater walking, and visit a waterfall at an additional cost. From here you will proceed to Trou D’eau Douce beach where you will board a speedboat to take you to the Ile Aux Cerfs Island. This tiny island is a paradise for beach lovers and a perfect place to relax amidst crystal-clear lagoons and golden sand beaches. Enjoy a packed lunch on the island.


Note: Please carry swimwear along with an extra pair of clothes, beach towel, and plenty of sunscreen lotion for this tour.

North tour with Port Louis city

Mauritius

Take a drive through the Labourdonnais Avenue where you can see examples of old French colonial buildings coexisiting with the modern architecture and other government houses. Proceed to Port Louis and stop at the Fortress of Citadel and the Champ de Mars horse race course on your way. Next, you will drive past Apravashi Ghat, a UNESCO World Heritage Site before moving on to the Caudan Waterfront Square and Harbour. You will then explore the Port Louis Bazaar and commercial city before reaching the last point of the tour at Pamplemousses Botanical Garden that houses an impressive collection of indigenous and exotic plants. If you wish to enter the Botanical Garden, then you can buy tickets directly.

South tour with Phoenix town

Drive to Phoenix Town where you will stroll past the Phoenix Recycled Glass Gallery Showroom. (Entry is at own cost). Move on to Floreal Town, to visit the Diamond Shop and Ship Model Factory. Shop for souvenirs at the respective factory outlets before driving to the extinct volcanic crater of Trou Aux Cerfs. From here, soak in panoramic views of the central plateau and Curepipe town. Continue through the Plaine Champagne trails where you will witness the virgin beauty of the Black Forest district, the sacred lake of Grand Bassin, and the Shiv Mandir located in the middle of a crater. Stop for lunch at a local restaurant before ending the tour at 7 Coloured Earth (Entry is at own cost).

Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Mauritius

Welcome to one of the most beautiful islands on earth- Mauritius. On arriving at Mauritius airport, meet our local tour co-ordinator at the specified area and he will transfer you to the hotel. Check-in and relax. Evening is at your own leisure. Step out in the evening and get acquainted to the nearby areas and beaches. Have your dinner and retire to your room for the night.

Day 2: East tour with Ile Aux Cerfs

Take a fill at morning breakfast and set out for a super fun day at Ile Aux Cerf, a perfect place for water sport lovers. Enjoy a speed boat ride across the island to Ile Aux Cerf (Please carry swimming suits, towel & sun screen lotion). Indulge in exciting water sports (on your own expense), relax on the gold tinged sand beaches and enjoy the action around you, lay lazy basking in the sun or go for an occasional swim in azure sea water. Return to the hotel in evening. Later have dinner and enjoy a relaxed sleep.

Day 3: Day Free for Leisure

After morning breakfast, the day is free at your own leisure to spend it in your own preferred way. You may relax in hotel premises enjoying the several in-house facilities, go out for self exploration or join us for an excursion on Catamaran Cruise (on an extra cost). It is a very famous attraction of Mauritius. Getting aboard the cruise, sail over the deep sea, explore the nearby islands, snorkel in the inviting waters and discover unspoilt beaches on your way. Later return back to the hotel and enjoy a hot Indian dinner.

Day 4: North tour with Port Louis city

After taking a fill at morning breakfast, proceed for a full day North Island Tour. Visit Port Louis, the capital city of Mauritius. Drive through Labourdonnais Avenue and discover the old French Colonial buildings, the imposing Government House and the picturesque modern architecture. See Champ De Mars, the second oldest racecourse in the world and the Fortress of Citadel. Drive past the UNESCO heritage site Aparvashi Ghat, visit the Harbour and take a halt at Caudan Waterfront Square where you can enjoy some free time for shopping in the Port Louis Bazaar and see the commercial city. Further visit the famous Pamplemousses Botanical Gardens to witness the most famous collection of Queen Victoria water lilies among the other awe striking collection of indigenous & exotic plants (Entry fee at own cost). While returning, also visit Mascareignes duty free shop. Return to the hotel and have dinner in one of the restaurants in Hotel.

Day 5: Day Free for Leisure

Wake up early to witness the stunning sunrise hues on the beach. Later have a leisurely breakfast at hotel and plan how you want to spend your day. Today you can choose to spend the day in clear water blues by opting for Blue Safari Tour (at an extra cost). The tour includes submarine and sub-scooter ride to experience the amazing underwater life in a unique way (Carry your swim suits and towels). Be seated in your submarine while it takes you to the unseen depths of the ocean where you’ll see the unmatched beauty of the complex and fragile marine world. Take a sub-scooter and drive in the water while a professional diver will accompany you as guide. It is a truly evoking experience that surely must be on top of must-to-do things while in Mauritius. Later return to hotel, have dinner at night and enjoy a deep sleep.

Day 6: South tour with Phoenix town

Charge yourself with an extensive breakfast and set out for an exciting South Island Trip. Drive to Phoenix town and visit the recycled Glass Gallery (Entry Fees on your own). Also visit the nearby Floreal Town where you’ll visit the Diamond shop and Ship Model factory. Here you can enjoy a shopping spree at the various factory outlets, shopping centres, café and duty free boutiques. Further visit Trou aux Cerfs, the crater of an extinct volcano. Enjoy the extensive view of the central plateau and Curepipe town from here. The tour continues through the Plaine Champagne trails where one can come across the untouched beauty of Black Forest district, the sacred lake of Grand Basin known as the Ganga of Mauritius and Shiv Mandir that lies in the midst of a crater. Take a lunch pause at Restaurant Chez M at Bois Cheri (Lunch at your own cost). The tour finishes with a visit to Gris-Gris, a beautiful rugged beach where the ocean waves dash against the cliff. Just a few steps ahead of Gris-Gris right at the end of the headland, visit La Roche Qui Pleure, the Crying Rock, a rock that clearly resembles a crying man. OR visit Chamarel, the famous seven coloured earth (Entry fee at own cost) followed by a visit to nearby waterfall. Later return to the hotel and retire for a relaxed sleep after having dinner in one of the restaurants in hotel.

Day 7: Departure back to Delhi

Enjoy your last day in the beautiful Mauritius. Later in the evening transfer to Sir Seewoosagar Ramgoolam International Airport for your flight back home.
